Disappointed too

Sad to see that we cant use the "watch video for five free moves" anymore! I have tried the last five times and it crashes. I agree with Marie2896 where is the bonuses we lost because the game stopped working???? Thats about two or three weeks we were locked out!! I hope that something is given to compensate. Please fix the crashing. I really enjoy this game.
