Cannot get upgrade to work why?

Update will not load. Cannot play. Please fix!

This game gets to a certain level and it is so hard you cannot advance?? It was fun in the beginning and I found myself spending too much money. Now Im about to believe that I should just delete it because Ive been on the same level for weeks now????!! I have been on collecting emeralds for three months now that is ridiculous! I refuse to spend a lot of money just to play a silly game and that is all this app is after is your money!

I love this game... BUT it tells me that I have no friends playing even tho I get requests on Facebook for lives from them. I deleted and reinstalled the app and succeeded in loosing all of the magic points that I bought..... And still no friends.... PLEASE fix..! VERY EXASPERATING.... After contacting Support they told me yes there was a problem with connecting with friends, didnt seem like they were concerned with fixing. In higher levels you NEED friends to get extra lives....!!!!!!!

Not only did I not get daily rewards for days, but the big "payoff" daily reward on day 7 has dropped A LOT. At high levels this makes it impossible to get enough magic for weeks :(

New: if you cant win a level, you should be able to bypass with a payment of some magic! Should have more than 5 lives; should take less time to refuel lives; tutorial should be expanded with better explanations of how to play rather than find out by playing; otherwise, its a totally mind-challenging game. Love it! Also, 70 points to use your magic is much too high for only 5 moves!

Every day you get some magic. Now they have missions so you can get even more magic. Wish other games were like this.

Message "already got rewards" however, I did not. Seem to be fixed. Today its back. Noticed others are having same issue.

Every so often the app tells me Ive already earned my daily reward on days that I havent then the next day I have to start over at day 1 and lose all my progress toward daily rewards. Frustrating. Otherwise good game.

I went back to day one because it stated I already claimed the reward for that day.

Is this happening to everyone??? Is this an error??? Im about to stop playing.

I keep getting a daily reward error that I have already earned my reward even though I havent. Then yesterday it reset to Day 1! I love this app but this error is very annoying!

I used to like this app. Levels are getting too hard for me. Getting frustrated with this game. Rant over.

I really like this game but Im frustrated that when Ive played everyday, and I do, it tells me its day one again. This happened too many times. Also, Ive been on an level for 3 weeks and have used a lot of money, I dont have any more. All my friends have moved on to many levels and here I am, again. Stuck!

I had stopped playing when I couldnt get past the runic stumps but thank goodness the last update amended how those worked. (Im now on level 419.) The levels are hard but not impassible. And the graphics are beautifully done. However, Im now getting a message that says Ive already received my daily reward even though I havent. That message pops up every time I open the app. Im concerned that whenever they finally get this fixed, the app will think I didnt play and will start the reward as if Im on a Day 1. Until I know for sure, I cant give this version of the game a high rating. 4/11/2016 update: I continued to get the daily reward error throughout the day yesterday, while getting to level 437. This morning, the reward error was fixed but it thinks I didnt play yesterday and has restarted my rewards at Day 1. Im now giving this a 1 star rating. :-(

Since the last update I get a message every day that says I have already claimed my daily reward, but I havent actually received a daily reward in days. Please fix this.

In the past week, I keep getting a message saying Ive collected my daily gift - when I know I havent - and then the very next day it takes me to collecting day 1 of week 1. Ive played every day for more than a year. I know thats not correct. Starting to get really frustrating...

I have been playing this game ever since it came out. I completed the original game and was on level 372 of the Moors...I played this game EVERY day for 37 weeks for,the rewards and missions. Two days ago I got the reward error...i erased the game and reloaded, it made start over...grr...now I see Facebook is involved...but I am getting rewards...may not do this all again.

This game is very fun if you like puzzles.

Cant I make account? I was gonna change new phone, But if I have to restart from level1, I will just quit,, I played this game about to 3 years, that is so stupid I can not keep my level if I change phone,
