Although Im glad to see its not just me - it had me questioning my sanity because I KNEW I logged in EVERY day - its really frustrating to keep getting the "you already claimed the daily reward" message, and then my claim progress mysteriously bumped back down to Week 1, when as I said earlier, I KNEW I hadnt missed a day of claiming my daily magic reward! I certainly hope that this glitch gets fixed soon!! I love playing this game, but its frustrating when that happens after WEEKS of progress getting taken away!

For some reason when I first open the game on a new day, I get this "you have already received your points for the day". Um, no! Please fix this. Thank you.

Was and still is a fun game but fix the problems with the daily rewards. Was finally fixed on my IPad but so far no fix for the IPhone. Come on people.

Why does it keep saying I have already claimed my reward when I havent. Game was ok for one day then back to same "already collected your daily reward" error glitch. Please fix it. Love the game but disappointed in all the glitches.

I play every day and lately I get a message that says daily reward already collected. How can that be if I sign in for the first time for the day??? I see other players are having the same issue. Thought I was going crazy! Otherwise, I love the game!

Great game but too many daily reward errors and when trying to use accumulated rewards. Its been going on for some time and I see others are experiencing the same issues. Need to fix this Disney if you want to stay in the game!

I enjoy the game but the latest update has a problem with the daily rewards. Three times now I have been told I already received todays reward only to be told the next day that I missed a day and have the point accrual start over. Very frustrating. Im anxious for the next update which hopefully will have this fixed.

By far the most frustrating thing I have experienced is this daily reward error. Fix it! Enough people have complained!

The last two days it has said that I received my daily reward. I havent. There is a flaw in the program.

Played from time to time till level 218. It crashes right in the level end.

I have been playing this game for a very long time! It was update March 28 with new levels, well I have already beaten those levels!! Been waiting on new levels for like 2 weeks. Needs to be faster getting new levels!!!

Ever since the last update, I am told I have already received my reward or at best, I receive only day ones magic. Please fix this disappointing glitch. The daily rewards really encouraged me to play everyday. Now? Why bother.....I hate updates that mess things up.

Thx for writing my review but I dont get my video rewards anymore its impossible to beat a level without getting extra magic from watching commercial videos Will give more stars if/as updates fix issues, this game is great for people with patience, but still has glitches and control problems, Im finally getting daily rewards, but volume and store controls dont work properly, and finally if you like frozen free fall youll love maleficent free fall, its much more challenging and fun, I look forward to more updates to correct issues that I have on my iPhone 6 plus, hope this was helpful

Trying to play today and it seems to be frozen just like frozen was and also the daily rewards says that I have already claimed it when I know I havent.

I just love this game! Its so much fun and always filled with new challenges. Its so addictive! ❤️

How often do you guys do updates?! Beat all the levels and ready for more!! Also, keeps saying Ive claimed my daily reward for the day and now all of a sudden I have to restart it all over again back at week "1". Please fix this!!!!

Update caused no daily reward. Cant win some levels without magic so Im pretty stuck until its fixed.
